By creating an account you agree to these terms. You need to be at least 16 years old to use Coupleth. Keep your login credentials to yourself, and let us know at the contact below if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
You own what you add to Coupleth. Linking with a partner means the content either of you marks as shared becomes visible to both of you — that's the point of the app, so make sure you're linking with the right person. You're responsible for what you post; don't use Coupleth for anything illegal or to store content you don't have the right to.
A couple invite code can only be used once and expires after a while. Once you're linked, separating in Settings removes the connection; each partner keeps the data they own, and shared items stay with whoever created them.
Coupleth is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we can't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it, to the extent the law allows us to say so.
We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
